Oobleck

Oobleck is a non-Newtonian fluid, meaning of which that it is capable of properties of both solid and fluid. If pressure is applied to it, it will become a solid. Otherwise, it will be a liquid. The name of the substance comes from Dr. Seuss's book "Bartholomew and Oobleck"[1]. Oobleck is also capable of being bulletproof, as it becomes a solid when pressure is applied.
